Scott Morgan completed his MPA in International Non-Profit Policy and Management at NYU's Wagner School of Public Service and then went to work for TAG (Treatment Action Group) and currently works for Aids-free World. He had a long career in the corporate sector managing domestic and global outsourcing and services contracts. He worked at NPower NY where he used his technical and operations management background to provide consulting services to non-profits throughout New York City. Scott has worked in Tanzania teaching and creating HIV prevention programs. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the U.S. arm of the Field Band Foundation, a youth development NGO in South Africa. |

Steve Wasira, Jr. is a Business Development Manager for Sithe Global Power, an infrastructure development company engaged in projects around the world. Steve focuses on new business development in Africa where he is responsible for exploration research, analysis, and due diligence. Steve is also an active member of AngelAfrica (www.angelafrica.org), a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote entrepreneurship and private sector as a way for sustainable economic development in Africa. Steve is a native of Tanzania and a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County with a BS degree in Information Management Systems. |

Surya Ganguly currently advises on operational strategy and manages special projects for NPOKI (Non-Profit Organizations Knowledge Initiative). Surya led the infrastructure consulting practice at NPower NY, including redesigning and teaching the technical curriculum of the award winning workforce development program Technology Service Corps (TSC). Surya worked as Internet Architect for a financial services firm and as CTO of a managed security software startup. He has worked as an international eRider, consulting for nonprofits, NGOs and the U.S. Government, leading technology strategy, training and project management. Surya worked for Microsoft and McKinsey & Company and holds MCSD and CISSP certifications. He attended Whitman College for a B.A. in Mathematics, and received his J.D. from NYU in 2009. |

Anand Sethupathy serves as technology advisor and is an avid supporter of the Powering Potential organization. After graduating with his MBA from the Yale School of Management in 2005, Anand joined NPower NY. He currently serves as the Senior Manager of Solutions at NPower, where he has helped dozens of nonprofits leverage technology to augment their missions. Anand is also an avid blogger at NonprofitCRM.Org, a technology blog that specifically caters to the database and customer relationship management needs of nonprofits. |
